Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via your registered email.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items with all original tags and the invoice included, then drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
